It is an acronym for:-
1. Accomplishment
2. Control
3. Only Objective
4. Reconciliation
5. Numbers
Why?
1. It helps to determine if the Goal or Deliverable Statement is well defined
2. It determines
a. the dependencies for accomplishment,
b. Whether accomplished goal can be under control?
c. If the objective is a sub-goal?
d. is the goal in conflict with another group or goal
e. and if the goal can be measured
When?
1. When defining the Goal or Deliverable Statement in a Project Charter
2. When determining sub-goals
3. When signing off on Goal or Deliverable Statement
