APPLYING
Students must have sophomore standing at a four-year degree-granting institution at the time of enrollment at the University of Auckland. The University of Auckland also requires that applicants have a minimum GPA of 3.0, although students with a 2.8-3.0 are encouraged to apply and may be admitted on a case-by-case basis. Although the enrollment process varies based on your home university's requirements and your financial needs, the following process provides a general overview. Please note, early application is advised to secure your place in our program and to increase your chances of obtaining your first-choice host institution.

STUDENT LIFE
The services like pre-arrival information, managing the transition to life in New Zealand, caregiver services for under 18 year old, health & insurance are provided. A well-established network of people and a range of programs in place to advise and assist students with problems associated with study, health issues, career and personal matters. Each campus has a Student Welfare Coordinator who is available to assist with a variety of academic and personal problems. These counselors monitor academic progress and assist wherever necessary.
CAMPUS INFO & SERVICES
The campus, a blend of traditional and contemporary architecture, provides extensive student support services including: academic skills support; 24-hour computer laboratories; on-campus wireless internet; university email account; on-campus security; health services; disabilities support; counseling service; sports and recreation facilities; approximately 70 student clubs and societies; library, chaplaincy, cafés and restaurants.The University of Auckland is New Zealand's leading research institution with the largest number highest concentration of top-ranked researchers. Accommodation for students is in furnished self-catered, apartment-style university housing. All rooms are singles.
The University of Auckland offers more than 100 student organizations on campus, including academic, athletic, cultural, religious, political and artistic clubs. One of the more notable clubs is the Auckland Tramping Club, which explores the natural wonders of New Zealand and teaches bush-craft, snow-craft and leadership skills. It offers a variety of trips from easy day walks to week-long journeys, instructional courses and social events.
